WASPI have now received notification from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) that they will proceed with a revised proposal to investigate six sample Complaints of Maladministration. The PHSO are not accepting any new cases at this stage. Click here to read about it.
We have consulted our lawyers and will be watching the issue closely.
At the same time we can also advise that the Appeal lodged by the Back to 60 Campaign regarding their Judicial Review about age and sex and age discrimination has been approved. It must be heard by 25th February 2021. We have no further information about it at this stage. Click here to follow progress.
